CANCELLATION POLICY
It is understandable that sometimes things come up unexpected, and you may need to cancel your appointment. To ensure optimal service and availability for all clients, I kindly require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Policy will be listed as follows. Cancellations made within 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-call No-shows will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
